Cape Wind is Too Expensive
At an average rate of 25 cents per kilowatt hour, Cape Wind’s price is 2.5 times other green energy alternatives!  National Grid’s contract for 50% of Cape Wind’s power is $1.2 billion more than Nstar’s contracts with land based wind.

Martha Coakley Calls for Competitive Bidding: "We believe that all long-term renewable contracts should be subjected to competitive procurement, and utilities shouldn't be able to pick winners and losers."
